Want to Do It Again?
Walter looked at the screen in wonder and asked,
“Did this really happen?”
“Oh yes!” Amanda smirked.
“I don’t remember a thing!”
“Some people don’t, but you had fun.”
“It seems so.”
“Want to do it again?”
“When?”
“Right now,” she waved a pocket watch before his eyes.
He will not remember this session either.
How this story came to be
Yesterday’s piece was quite dark even for my tastes, so here’s a little something on the opposite end of the spectrum, to clear the air. I’m still not fond of hypnotic amnesia as a whole but it works for the tale I wanted to weave.
