Raining Again
It was raining again, the heavy droplets hitting the window and the inside of Jonah’s mind. Each one was a trigger, a memory of bygone days when it was easy to stop thinking and let go.
He missed her. Lara was but a phantom now, yet her control lingered, forever remembered on every Winter night.
How this story came to be
Another impromptu, nothing really special about it. I wrote the first thing that came to mind and this happened to be it. If anything can be a trigger, why not rain?
