Wonderful Idea
Thomas entered Mistress Ava’s dungeon, panting. He had failed her again.
“An hour late?” she hissed. “You know what that means, right?”
“I must be your maid for the rest of the month.”
“Exactly. Get dressed.”
He left her presence ashamed while she laughed. Hypnotizing him to forget the time had been a wonderful idea.
How this story came to be
Something happened today that hadn’t happened in a long time: I arrived late to work. Not an hour like Thomas, but approximately ten minutes. I rode the bus and there was an accident on the way there. While I did call the office to let them know what was happening, I still didn’t like what happened.
Anyway, during my lunch break, I experimented with several variations of ‘arriving late to something’ and this was the one that stuck. Some may think it’s an unfair punishment, others may find this kind of hypnotic power hot as hell. Only you know where you fall.
