No Sham

Seamus looked outside, an empty beer mug in hand.
“What a disgrace!” He muttered. “All the pubs are closed, parade has been canceled. Worst St. Pats Day ever!”
“Let me make it better then…” a sexy female leprechaun cooed.
The gold coin she was holding made him hard as a rock. It was no sham.

In these strange, uncertain times, laughing is good so don’t be surprised if I continue writing silly little things to keep the challenge going.

Today is St. Patrick’s Day but not many got to celebrate it properly with everything that’s going on. The plan was always to write something about it and this is what came to me. It’s simple, I know, but wouldn’t you love a little bit of sexy magic right now?

No God

“Join me, Diana! Let’s free this world from the human plague!” Ares pleaded.
“Extermination is boring. Enslavement is better.” Wonder Woman retorted.
“Interesting. Any ideas?”
“Plenty, but I’ll need a test subject first… guess who?”
“But I’m not human!”
“And soon you’ll be no god either…”
The Lasso of Truth wrapped firmly around his waist.

Just like I have a backlog of games waiting for the time I get a chance to play them, I’ve also recorded a lot of movies I haven’t had the time to watch yet. I’ve been trying to do at least one every week for a few weeks now. Last Monday, after getting everything done, I finally watched Wonder Woman.

The first thing I have to say is that I enjoyed it, or at least, 2/3 of it. In my humble opinion, the final stretch of the movie pretty much undermined everything else. While cool, Ares’ revelation was undermined by the (somewhat sketchy) CGI fest that followed and Steve Trevor’s sacrifice felt pointless. Why did he kill himself if he had already stolen the gas canisters? Was it to prevent the British from getting it and using it in the future perpetuating the cycle of war? If so, I can understand that but it’s never stated as such and it felt a pretty weak way to have Diana finally go into Godslayer mode. The soundtrack was quite good though. I had suspected that would be the case after hearing Rupert-Gregson Williams’ work on Aquaman and yes, I know that movie came after Wonder Woman, okay? I recommend them both if you love bombastic, electronic/orchestral soundtracks.

As for my piece, well, since I didn’t like the ending of the movie, I wrote my own fetish take. I know Hollywood won’t approve but I hope my fellow fetishists do.

She Does it Better

“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is to not stop questioning.” Jeremy mused.
“Nice quote but I have one better…” Belinda cooed, pocket watch in hand.
“Oh?”
“Learn from me yesterday, live for me today, hope for me tomorrow. The important thing is to always obey.”
He mindlessly agreed.

It’s been a while since I wrote a piece inspired by a quote, hasn’t it? Today, I decided to look for hope-related ones because with everything going on in the world as of late it’s important to believe everything will be okay because it is.

Of course, you already know that no quote remains unscathed after visiting Spell… B-O-U-N-D, so…

The Only Words

Danielle gazed deeply into Samuel’s eyes and asked:
“Do you believe in love at first sight?”
“N-no.” He stammered.
“What do you believe in?”
“In hypnosis at first sight.”
“That’s sweet. So if I tell you you love me more than anything, you’ll say…?”
“Every single day, Mistress.”
Those were the only words she needed.

In this day and age, more than divisions, more than name-calling, more than passing the blame, we need positive feelings and emotions. We need love. I wrote this one as a reminder of that.
