Another Perfect Day
Jackson fell heavily on the king-size bed.
With a pair of wireless headphones on his ears he closed his eyes to the sound of his hypnotic goddess and smiled.
She was his rock, his strength, and inspiration. Through her hypnotic charms, anything was possible.
He fell asleep, knowing tomorrow would be yet another perfect day.
How this story came to be
I’m tired, but it’s my fault really. I had a soft drink at dinner last night that I didn’t realize was a genuine caffeine bomb, so I didn’t get much sleep. I went to bed past 2 a.m. and by 6 I was already up, getting some work done on the site instead of sleeping a couple more hours. I left for work at the usual time but my body started resenting the lack of rest soon enough. It’s still doing it right now but I feel like I’ve already got most of the caffeine of my system. I made a mistake last night and I own it. It won’t happen again.
Anyway, seeing I’m tired, I used that as a starting point and came up with this gentle hypnotic concept. Sounds wonderful, doesn’t it? Let me just hit the publish button so I can go to bed. Tomorrow is another work day and I need to be in good shape unlike what happened today.
