Accidentally
Hundreds of men gathered outside Victoria’s apartment. Serena peeked at the window and asked,
“What’s this all about?”
“Do you remember the hypnotic perfume I’m developing?”
“Sure. Why?”
“I may have accidentally spilled some on me today as I was leaving the lab.”
“Accidentally, huh? Good thing it doesn’t work on women.”
“Yet…” Victoria thought.
How this story came to be
If you’ve been keeping up with my writings for a while, then you may remember me saying I have a poor sense of smell. It’s true. I can’t smell most things and I never recognize the ones I can which is why I don’t wear perfumes or anything of the sort. A woman on the bus today must have been abusing her fragrance though as the people next to me were complaining left and right. I wrote this piece inspired by that incident.
