“Tammy, we need to talk,” Matthew said.
“No, dear,” she replied, grinning. “You’re tired… so tired… go to bed. We’ll do this tomorrow.”
“Yes, Tammy.”
It was always like this. She always shut him down, but he would eventually get his way.
He’s been saying the same thing every day for the last ten years.
How this story came to be
