Daryl was trapped. Every door in the mansion was locked, and every window sealed shut. All corridors led to Victoria’s chambers.
“Come here, I won’t hurt you,” she purred, but he knew that wasn’t true. Vampires live to devour, and she was no exception.
Her silky voice echoed in his mind, pulling him toward her.

How this story came to be

Yesterday, I said that not all pieces of this challenge will be supernatural-themed in October, but some will, and here’s one. You know you love sexy vampires and want to be ensnared by one. Here’s your chance to make it happen. Shame about the whole undead thing, though.
