Too Powerful
Albert banged his head against the bedroom wall.
“How could I have been so stupid?” he muttered.
“You’re not stupid,” Nathan patted his right shoulder. “Claire’s too powerful. She’s impossible to resist.”
“You really think so?”
“I’m sure. You’ll always fail.”
“I’ll always fail…” he repeated, unaware he was actually staring into his hypnotist’s eyes.
How this story came to be
Back to a naughtier vibe today. Have you ever had the feeling that people you’re talking to aren’t really them but others playing a role? I’m not talking about paranoia but being tricked by hypnotic means. I have, and I’ve used this concept in many of my creations in the past. The idea that resonated with me the most during the afternoon involved it as well and so I wrote it down. Albert will never resist her, and neither will you.
