“Brent cheated on me. I need some tips on how to get even.”
“Torch his car.”
“That seems overly dramatic.”
“Hypnotize him to stand in front of your house naked then.”
“And that works?”
“Didn’t you see Tim on your way in?”

How this story came to be
I dreamed I had been turned into a statue last night. I didn’t want it to happen but it did and there was nothing I could do about it. I don’t remember details, only the aftermath, and the thought was with me all day. When I decided to write this revenge snippet, the idea found its way into it. While I don’t think I would enjoy the fantasy at all, it still is an intriguing concept, don’t you think?
