“What’s the real answer?” she teased.
“How you play with my mind so easily…” he nodded, drifting for her once more.
How this story came to be
Another late-night impromptu to finish off the third month of year 8 of this daily writing challenge. I wanted to go with something simple and gentle and so I started writing what came to mind and this was it. Perception will always be a favorite topic of mine so framing it like this is always a delight. Would you like to be played like this as well?
