Saying Goodbye
Rick’s eyes were red and watery. He couldn’t stop crying but he didn’t understand why.
“What’s happening?” he asked.
“Shh… it’s okay,” Emma cooed. “You’re just saying goodbye to your free will.”
“What? No… I…”
“It’s going away,” she rubbed his temples. “When I snap my fingers, you’ll be my slave.”
*snap*
Rick stopped crying.
How this story came to be
Feeling a bit tired today. I mentioned in the past that sometimes I cry when I’m tired and my body is telling me to go to bed. It was happening as I was typing this so I used it in the tale.
