Nothing to Worry About
It was Daniel’s turn to play, but he was having second thoughts.
“I better stop,” he said.
“Why?” Francine asked.
“Because I don’t want to become your obedient hypnoslave if I lose.”
“You have nothing to worry about.” She smiled. “You’ve been mine before the game started.”
Daniel suddenly felt the collar around his neck.
How this story came to be
One more late-night impromptu because I had another exhausting day, today. My energy levels have been fluctuating all week but I continue to get things done albeit at a slower pace. I had no particular source of inspiration for this one but I did see a pair of dice in my head when I began devising the concept. Do you have a collar around your neck, too?
