Nothing Changed
Caitlin usually hypnotized men on the first date, but not Joe. He resisted the first, the second, the third… Half a year later, nothing has changed.
“I can’t be entranced,” he concluded.
“Keep telling yourself that,” Caitlin whispered as they left her apartment. The mankini looked ridiculous on him but at least it was pink.
How this story came to be
I had a particularly grueling day at work today after some accounting problems that needed to be fixed ASAP. I hated every second of it but things got done nonetheless. Still, my mood went down the drain and it’s still not as it should be.
Among other things, I decided to go for some light humor on today’s challenge entry to offset this whole situation. I wouldn’t be caught dead wearing a mankini, though.
