Not Sick
Alan’s eyes hurt, his muscles were sore and he was dripping all over the place. He was too tired to move.
“Is your husband really sick?” Melanie asked.
“No,” Danielle replied. “I just made him believe so.”
“So you could control him better?”
“Well, duh!”
Alan shivered on the sofa while the two women laughed.
How this story came to be
I wish I could say I’m not sick but I’d be lying. I have all of Alan’s symptoms and I feel like shit. I only wrote this to keep the challenge going while I wait for enough time to can I pop down a couple of pills and go to sleep. Don’t you just hate things like this?
