Clara was running late… again! Amber called her to find out…
“What’s going on?”
“Sorry, dealing with a problem over here.”
“What kind of problem?”
“You know Jeff loves those old Looney Tunes cartoons, right?”
“Yeah, so what?”
“I hypnotized him into thinking he’s the Road Runner and now I can’t catch him!”
Amber sighed.
How this story came to be
I don’t know about you, but I love those old cartoons. The misadventures of Coyote and The Road Runner are among my favorites. I was reminded of them today, and wanted to play with them somehow. When this concept came to me, I thought it was funny, and so I wrote it.
