“Stupid internet!” Walter grumbled.
“What’s wrong?” Theresa asked.
“The connection is acting up again. One second is up and the next is down.”
“Oh? Like your mind?” she snapped her fingers.
“No, I wasn’t talking about hyp… hypno…”
“Hypnotized,” she cooed. “Coming back up and down again…”
He stared dreamily at her, all frustration forgotten.
How this story came to be
Yeah, it was one of those days. My internet was all over the place and, frankly, so was my mood because there were a lot of things I wanted to do today that I couldn’t get done because the connection was always dropping. Not happy right now.
Anyway, it’s late and I need to go to bed. Be well.
