Late Again
Diane tapped her watch and grumbled,
“I’ve been waiting for half an hour!”
“I’m sorry… I must have dozed off,” Brad replied, panting.
“Apologies not accepted.”
“What do I need to do then?”
“I want to hypnotize you tonight. Say yes.”
“Yes, Diane.”
She grinned. Triggering him to be late was paying off big time.
How this story came to be
One of my pet peeves is people getting late for appointments. I’m quite punctual and often arrive early to avoid any incidents, but most of the people I hang out with aren’t like me. Sure, unforeseen circumstances can happen from time to time but when it’s systematic, then it’s either laziness or… Well, in this case, it’s an hypnotic suggestion so that Diane can continue to have fun with his mind. She’s a sneaky one, isn’t she?
