It’s Okay
Dina was too tired to move, but not to listen to Lucy’s words as they gently lulled her mind.
“… And it’s okay to let yourself go, frozen in place, drifting in and out of trance every time I say the word ‘deep,'” Lucy purred.
Dina’s eyelids fluttered, the mesmerizing bliss spreading through her body. Perfect!
How this story came to be
For some people, the best part of hypnosis is the moment of falling into trance. Of course, that requires a certain level of awareness of when it’s happening. This piece was inspired by that. I chose to go gentle this time around, but I could have easily written a cruel, almost-horrific depiction of it, just for fun. Maybe some other time.
