He’s Coming
“Alexandra?”
“Yes, General?”
“Why aren’t you at the briefing this morning?”
“Something more important came up.”
“And what’s more important than your job?”
“My first hypnoslave is in town, and I want to catch up.”
“And by that you mean…?”
“He’s coming… again… and again… and again…”
The General sighed and hung up the phone.
How this story came to be
Alexandra whispered this idea in my ear right now and when that happens, I’ve learned to listen, otherwise she’ll be mad at me. You don’t want to see Alexandra mad, trust me. Just kidding. She’s one of my favorite characters, but I’m glad that’s all she is because I wouldn’t be able to handle her in real life, and I don’t think you would either.
