Heavy Machinery

The warning was clear: “do not operate heavy machinery for at least eight hours after listening to this file.”
Jordan followed the rules. Sitting down to listen, programs were installed, routines deeply embedded, body and mind became rigid and obedient.
When Lisa entered the room, slave bot knelt, heavy machinery to be operated at will.

This one was written for a friend of mine at The Garden of MC, the lovely Jane Harlow, due to her love of all things involving robotization. I hope you liked it.

Sequential Move Puzzle

Victor was awestruck. Bonnie’s movements were skillful and precise, deconstructing his old Rubik’s Cube in a way he had never seen before. His drooping eyes followed her hands closely as they manipulated the colored facets with ease until everything faded into white.
Setting the cube aside, she touched his temples and began rearranging his mind.

Yes, I can solve Rubik’s Cube. I learned how to do it on my own many years ago. Although I was never as fast as some of the greatest out there, sometimes things got a little blurry, nonetheless. Don’t ask me why I remembered that to use in this shortie. My mind works in mysterious ways.

Heat

“Men heat up like lightbulbs: red hot in a heartbeat, cold again in a flash. Women, however, heat up like an iron. Slowly yet surely, ever expanding… Once we’re there, no one can stop us, just like you can’t stop me…” Valerie purred. “Let’s get hot!”
Jonah’s erection grew instantly as his thoughts melted away.

I used a direct quote of Kundera on April 8th. This time around, it’s more of a paraphrase of something written by author Carlos Ruiz Zafón in his novel The Shadow of the Wind. Naturally, my twist on it turns everything upside down.

Changing for the Better

Alexei turned on his laptop and, immediately, the screen was flooded with subliminal messages. At first, he had doubted their efficiency but, after a while, he started sleeping better, eating better, and becoming much more productive, overall.
Katya’s program was amazing! He trusted Katya. He loved Katya. Katya controlled him. He obeyed Katya without questioning.

There are lots of subliminal programs around. I may have even experimented with a couple in the past. Thinking about it made me write this one. I’m sure Katya is happy by now.
