Clara was overwhelmed. All the bad memories from her past had resurfaced, and she couldn’t breathe.
“Please make it stop!” she sobbed, curled up against the bedroom wall.
“Shh, dear… just relax…” Amy cooed, her hypnotic voice lulling her girlfriend to sleep.
There’s a time for kink and a time for healing. Love conquers all.
How this story came to be
I did not have good day today. My birthday is next week, but this is also the anniversary of my first dog’s death. The memories of the day I had to put him down because of cancer haunt me every year, and today was no exception. It’s almost a miracle I got anything done because I was always reliving those painful moments.
I still feel like shit, but writing and being creative in general helps with the healing process. Add another bit o catharsis to the lot.
